My goal is to help you to live your best life by providing you with important resiliency skills that will help you to be your optimal self. I believe that if you teach a man or woman to fish, they will eat for life. Some of the therapy approaches that I utilize are CBT, SFBT, and Mindfulness. Together we will work through the areas in your life that keep you from being your best self. We will work through blind spots in your life and dig deep to get to the root of any problem you are dealing with. An open mind and a willingness to change are essential, change does not happen just by being physically present. With a collaborative effort, we will explore and navigate our way to the healing and peace that you may be seeking.
Are you concerned about your child’s mental health? Does your child struggle with anxiety, fears, and aggression? I utilize play therapy techniques such as sand tray therapy and more. I utilize CBT, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques to work with children and adolescents. I’m energetic, personable, genuine, hands-on, and adaptative. I find innovative ways to connect to the children that I see and I work to get to the root of their presenting problems. My goal is to meet every child where they are and collaboratively, we will work to get to the next continuum.
