Constance Wesley, LCMFTTherapist
I received my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University, and I am fully licensed in Maryland as an LCMFT. My professional experience includes working in outpatient mental health, private practice, and residential care. As a marriage and family therapist, I am trained in using therapeutic approaches that honor the person in the context of their relationships. I strive to “join” with you, utilizing systemic and strengths-based approaches to treatment. Whether I am working with individuals, couples, or families, my role as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you. I have supported many children and families in addressing issues related to ADHD, anxiety, oppositional behavior, co-parenting, and blended families. I enjoy working with couples who hope to improve communication, overcome infidelity, or just feel more emotionally connected. I work one-on-one with individuals coping with trauma, depression, anxiety, and family-of-origin concerns. I look forward to working together as you pursue your therapeutic goals.
