“Life can quickly become overwhelming, often leaving us emotionally depleted and unable to cope effectively. In that state of mind, we can lose objectivity and compassion towards ourselves. My goal is to offer a safe place for you to express your feelings, and work together to identify damaging thought patterns, build on existing strengths, and implement coping strategies for a healthier, happier you.

While I enjoy working with clients from a wide range of ages and backgrounds, I specialize in treating young women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions. Even if it may not feel like it right now, I believe we are all capable of leading full and meaningful lives.

I consider myself to be an integrative counselor, meaning I apply different treatment modalities to inform my therapeutic practice; including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment- Based Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, as well as Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices.”
