I earned my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco, and specialize in the treatment of adolescents and adults in individual, group, and family therapy settings. My experience includes working with individuals and families that suffer from substance abuse and codependency, trauma, depression, anxiety, relational issues, ADHD and learning differences, and adjustment or transitional issues. I also conduct psychological evaluations for cognitive, educational, and social-emotional functioning and provide recommendations in a comprehensive report.

My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space so that you can achieve personal growth and healing. I integrate different techniques to tailor treatment to each individual or family, and use a holistic approach to treatment. The techniques I utilize include psychodynamic, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic, family systems, and mindfulness/meditation.
