I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, Washington DC. My professional experiences include working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families of various races, religions, sexual identities, cultures, and nationalities. My experiences have also included a variety of settings such as schools, community clinics, in-patient and out-patient hospital settings, university counseling centers (UMBC, Morgan State), private practice, and prisons.

As a clinician, it is important for me to meet a client where they are by utilizing their strengths, and helping them reach their full potential. My goal is to foster a safe space that is free to open expression, exploration, and healing.

Within a warm, safe, client-centered environment, I aim to help clients decrease the distress caused by negative emotions, such as anxiety and depression, and increase their self-awareness, and coping skills. It is also my goal to help clients challenge themselves in order to facilitate growth and change. Please feel free to contact me to set up a consultation to determine if my services might be a good fit for your needs.

I provide psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and couples. I welcome persons of all faiths, and sexual and gender orientations.
